The audio player is very slow and laggy for me. Why?
If you are experiencing a huge delay before the audio player starts the playback when you click or tap onto a track row, it is most likely due to having a slow internet connection on your end. The audio playback is in real 320kbps, which means that each track you click to play has to be loaded in it’s full size. Some of the tracks are up to 15MB in size, which require good internet speed for fast track loading. We didn’t want to compromise the playback audio quality, and this is a brawback of it.
Does this website collect any personal data?
Synapse collects extremely small amounts of personal data. The ones necessary for functions of our website, such as email address (for user accounts) and IP address (for spam protection). The Download button doesn’t work. What should I do?
If the Download button doesn’t trigger any file download for you (when clicked or tapped), it can be because you’re either not logged in, or you have javascript disabled in your web browser. Please make sure to enable javascript for our website.
Do you support music piracy?
No. Although we do share music for free, we are strictly doing it to share and promote releases we want to give support to, by showcasing them to our visitors.
